Mr. Barnabas O. Olise
Managing Director / CEO
Mr. Barnabas O. Olise (FCA) is a seasoned financial expert, with deep and practical experience in Accounting, Auditing, Banking Operations, Risk management, internal control, budgetary control, strategy, performance management, and corporate governance, etc. He is a result-oriented leader, with a track record of leading high-performance teams.
He started his career in December 1992, with Deloitte, an international accounting firm, and received his early training there, in accounting, auditing, consulting, taxation, etc. His audit and consulting experience spans almost every sector of the economy (Manufacturing, Trading, Banking, Oil and gas, Education, Health, Insurance, other financial services, government, and non-profit organizations, etc. He spent eight (8) years in Deloitte before moving on to a career in Banking, by joining then Intercontinental bank Plc (Now Access bank Plc), in January 2001. In the bank he handled various functions and responsibilities, across the bank, including Inspection, Internal control, Corporate Services, Branch Development and franchise expansion, finance, etc. He was posted to Ghana, where he was the pioneer divisional head of finance and business support, playing a pivotal role in the establishment of Intercontinental bank Ghana Limited (Now Access bank Ghana Limited).
On return from Ghana posting, he anchored the expansion drive of Intercontinental bank Plc, and in an extraordinary demonstration of project management prowess, took the bank from 198 branches to 398 branches, in a space of only 2 years, without a single failure. That landmark achievement remained unparalleled in project management in the country till this day.
Mr. Olise left the bank in December 2009 to pursue personal development, with a short stink with consulting. He established Enterprise Value Matrix Consult Limited (EVMCL), a multidisciplinary consultancy outfit, which he ran as the pioneer Managing Consultant/CEO. In January 2014, he joined INTERKEL NIGERIA LIMITED, a construction company, and functioned as consultant, and later, as Executive Director, Strategy & Business development, till December 2020.
Mr. Olise served on several boards, between 2011 and now. Some of the organizations are Coronation Insurance Plc (2011 to 2020), Coronation Life Assurance Limited (2014 to date), Coronation Securities limited (February 2020 till date), Cakasa (Nig) Company Limited (2020 till date), The 355 Group (2022 till date).
He hold a first degree in Mathematics, from the University of Ibadan, and is also a Fellow of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), FCA.
He is happily married with children.
Mohammed Attayi Shaibu
GM, Enterprise Support Services
Mr. Mohammed Attayi Shaibu is a fellow of the Institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Before joining Cakasa in 2009, he had worked with Hamdala Hotel, Kaduna, as Assistant Accountant Expenditure. Head, billing section, Audit section, Food & Beverage Control Section of the Hotel before leaving in 2001.
Was Airticuled at Muallahyidi & Company (Chartered Accountants), 2001 – 2003. Where he later became lead Auditor for the audit of Cement Company of Northern Nigeria (CCNN), Danfodio University, Sokoto, Kaduna State Water Board (a World Bank Financed project) etc.
Team Leader in the investigation into the irregularity in supply and consumption of AGO, LPFO and LRS 1997 – 2000, Value for money Audit of N2.3billion bank loan facility in Benue Cement Company Ltd Gboko, reconciliation and verification of debt portfolio of Benue Cement prior to the taking over by Dangote group.
Appointed as Manager Finance & Admin J.R. Gushing Wells Limited, Kaduna, 2003 – 2005. Northern Dairies Limited, Funtua, 2005 – 2008. Chief Accountant Levant Construction Ltd, Abuja, 2008 – 2009.
While in Cakasa, he has served under the following capacities:

Mohammed Attayi Shaibu is also an Associate member, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Engr Martins Agbetuyi
AGM, QHSE
Engr Martins O. Agbetuyi is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the university of Port Harcourt. A member of Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers NIMechE, A member of Nigeria Society of Engineers, (MNSE) a COREN Engineer (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria), A certified and registered member of International Register of certificated Auditors (IRCA), A member of Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON).
Before joining Cakasa in 2008 as the QAQC Manager, he had worked as a senior QAQC Engineer with National Engineering and Technical Company (NETCO), A subsidiary of NNPC, now NNPCL and a Lead QA East Area 1 in Shell Scin FEED office in port Harcourt from 2002 to 2008. Roles in some major projects participated in are: Lead QAQC on Agbami FPSO executed in Nigeria, Houston Texas (USA), and other countries and also Lead QAQC design and construction of Mobil East Area Project (EAP, Jacket legs), Lead QA on H-Block for Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria etc.
He had also worked as the head of operations in Georgio Dredging Limited, No 10, Park Lane, Apapa Lagos where He led the team of 46km SNG Gas pipe line from Otta to Agbara between 1999 to 2001 and also the Location preparation for Agip, Opai 3 Abalagada, Kwale in 2001 to 2002.

Emefienem N. Ogbechie
AGM Commercial
A distinctive gentleman and an avid Professional, Emefienem N. Ogbechie retains a cumulative of over 30 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, Project Planning, Management and Cost Control, in the Upstream and Downstream of the Oil and Gas Industry amongst other notable engineering fields.
As a member of the Alumni of Obafemi Awolowo University (BSc Quantity Surveying – 1991) and The University of Lagos (MSc Construction Management – 1995), he commenced his career during his NYSC with the Ministry of Lands and Housing Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Emmy Ogbechie joined Consol Associates, a professional consulting quantity surveying firm in 1992 as a pioneer staff. In 1993, joined the construction giant, Costain (West Africa) Plc where he had a stint for eight years and was involved in various projects for SPDC, Chevron and other major clients in the Oil and Gas industry.
He became part of the Cakasa Family in 2003, where he worked in the Civil and Structures Department and proceeded to the Engineering and Technical Services Department (ETSD) where he served for seven years as the Head of Commercial and Lead Cost Estimating. In 2012, he was re-engaged to serve at the head office as the Commercial Manager and later elevated to the position of AGM Commercial.
Also, he has been a corporate member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS) and a registered Quantity Surveyor with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) since 1998.
